The first part of this survey is a brief self-screening section designed to help organizations determine whether they are a good fit for our 2026 campaign before completing the full application.

BOWDA is committed to supporting initiatives that reflect our mission and values and contribute to a healthy and resilient Bow Valley.
Qualifying Criteria.

Please answer the following eight qualifying questions. Please be advised, that If you answer "no" to any of these 8 questions you are not likely to be eligible for selection as this year's Charity of Choice. If you have specific questions about your eligibility, you can send an email to ceo@bowda.ca to clarify. If you answer "yes" to all of these questions, we encourage you to complete the rest of this survey to be considered for BOWDAs 2026 Charity of Choice.
