This award is intended for a junior coach who has demonstrated excellence in coaching at the fundamental or grassroots level. The committee will consider the following criteria:

· Coach at grassroots, fundamental level (12 and under)

· Coach swimmers at the Junior Provincial Championships

· Number and new qualifiers at Junior Provincial Championships

· The improvement of their swimmers during the last season

· Their implication in their club or provincial activities
