Breath Work and Body Work Survey

Hi fellow body workers, My name is Meadow Goldman and I have been a massage therapist (LMT) since 2006 and a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) since 2017. As a massage therapist/bodyworker, you may have heard how important breathing is for the healing of our clients. Breathing seems so simple, but often times our clients (or even ourselves) breathe in ways that prevent long term healing and promotes patterns of chronic tension and pain – especially for the neck and shoulders.

If you are a bodyworker/MT that has an interest in how breathing effects the results of the bodywork you do, I’d like to hear from you. I’d like to understand how MTs/bodyworkers are using breathwork or breathing re-education to help their clients long term.

Take 3 minutes to fill out this 10 question anonymous survey...and if you choose to leave your email address, I’ll send you some free information on how to incorporate simple effective therapeutic breathing techniques in your client sessions.

Thank you for taking the survey and for doing what you do: bringing people out of pain and into balance in their bodies, minds and spirits.
