Thank you for choosing to take part in Hounslow Highways' Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024. This survey is asking questions about how we performed in 2024.

The survey consists of 34 questions across a range of services we deliver including street cleansing, highway maintenance, trees, grounds maintenance and resurfacing works.
