Thank you for taking the time to apply for Round 1 of the Crescent City-Del Norte County Business Assistance Program Forgivable Loan Program. The application process involves two phases.  Phase 1, which you are about to complete, should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes and will determine if your business meets a set of basic criteria established by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the loan to be forgiven.  If your business meets these basic criteria, you will be eligible to move on to Phase 2 where we will ask for additional CDBG and loan program information (e.g., list of equipment and cost estimates, tax returns, permits and licenses, financial information, etc.)

All businesses approved during Phase 1 will be entered into the pool to proceed to Phase II of the forgivable loan application process.
