Thank you for agreeing to participate in your Pastor's 360 assessment. Our goal is to maximize the leadership strengths of your Pastor. Your honest responses to the following questions will assist your Pastor with seeing his/her leadership strengths from another person's point of view.
The slider scale question (Question #1) is on a scale of 1-10 (one is low or very ineffective and ten is high or very effective). You will be asked to respond to Question #1 again in June of 2019 to help us evaluate the effectiveness of the Synod Leadership School.
