Fun Tote Program Parent/Caregiver Survey

Dear Parent or Caregiver:

The Cheyenne, Kiowa and Lincoln Early Childhood Council (CKLECC) has developed the Fun Tote Program to provide tools and supports to parents and caregivers to help children reach important developmental milestones as research has shown the importance of early learning is key to development. The totes have been created to align with the Colorado Early Learning Developmental Guidelines. The program has been designed to help with school readiness in young children and to meet the needs of you the parent or caregiver. The program is currently being funded by the Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation. PLEASE COMPLETE this survey and LEAVE INSIDE your tote when you return it to the library. Your feedback is important for program improvements and to help keep the funding for the program. Thank you in advance for completing and returning this survey!
