Genius Registration and Blackboard Learning Management System Feedback

Thank you for taking a few minutes to provide MRESA feedback on the implementation of new programs that support our MRESA Quality Assurance System; this survey should only take 3-5 minutes and contains 5 questions.

Per the GaPSC, Metro RESA is required to provide a quality assurance system using multiple measures of data to support continuous improvement in the programs we provide. As a result, we have implemented an integrated system using Genius Registration and the Blackboard Learning Management System to provide a seamless registration and learning experience.

We are asking for feedback on these two specific tools that support the overall Quality Assurance System for our learners:

1) Genius Registration that supports general professional learning, endorsement, and alternative program registration and participant information;

2) Blackboard, learning management system, that supports synchronous and asynchronous learning for participants.
