* 5. There were a few sessions (ex: Referee Presentations, Advanced Technology Forum) that were in person at the meeting that also allowed simultaneously live participation by remote participants. The logistics for this type of session are complicated and take more time and skills to organize and are prone to technical difficulties that can negatively impact the value of the session for everyone. For these types of sessions in the future pick your preferred option:

Have the session in person only

Have the session in person and produce a recording that others could listen to later if they're interested

I greatly appreciated having the workshops take place leading up to the meeting, it made a good use of my time for attending the rest of the conference.

I would rather see the workshops take place during the meeting so that I don't have to travel and reserve a room for an extra day.

I would rather see the workshops take place at another time of year and not be connected to the annual meeting.

Yes! I enjoyed being able to take part in some Committee meetings beforehand and not have to worry about too many overlapping while in-person at the meeting.

Yes, there should be a rotation each year of which Committees are in-person and which are virtual.

No, the balance was good this year in that the Committees meeting virtually are better fit to do while those in-person are more productive done in person.

A mixture of these two options: Some Committees should be held in-person each year, while others should be rotated.

Let the Committee Chairs decide if they want to hold their meeting virtual or in-person.

Yes! Holding the tour on Thursday was a great use of the second half of the day. It allowed folks to choose if they wanted to stay or travel home.
