The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have released draft guidance for updated routine hepatitis C screening. Details can be found here.

The guidance expands routine hepatitis C screening recommendations (which previously pertained to persons born from 1945-1965) to include all adults aged 18 and older, as well as all pregnant women, in jurisdictions with a hepatitis C prevalence of at least 0.1%.

Please let us know whether you support this expanded screening guidance and if you have any additional feedback.
