I give my permission to post my application information on the Siskiyou County Arts Council’s website.  

I have agreed to be listed at my own risk. The Siskiyou County Arts Council shall not be responsible for any content found on the Artist Directory. While every effort will be made there shall be no warranty that the Siskiyou County Arts Council Artist Directory will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements.
