Public schools create many different benefits for students, families, and communities. This study explores which of those benefits matter most in earning public trust.
Some of these benefits have remained important for generations, while others emerge as society changes. This tool helps us understand which benefits matter most today and how those expectations shift over time.
Durable Labs, the author of this tool, is an organization committed to America’s public schools, the students they serve, and all who offer their support. This tool is used by advocacy groups as well as schools and districts across the country to keep apprised of what matters most regarding our public schools.
This tool consists of two sections and should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
