Race Equality Reverse Mentoring Scheme

We are delighted to introduce our Race Equality Reverse Mentoring Scheme—a dynamic program that aims to foster mutual learning, understanding, and collaboration between mentors from senior leadership teams across the housing sector and mentees from diverse backgrounds. This innovative scheme flips the traditional mentoring model by encouraging mentees to become mentors, sharing their unique perspectives and insights with mentors from different racial and ethnic backgrounds.

Our Race Equality Reverse Mentoring Scheme recognises the value of lived experiences and the power of reciprocal learning. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, regardless of their position or background. Through this program, mentors and mentees have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, exchange knowledge, challenge assumptions, and collectively work towards a more inclusive and equitable environment.
