The intent of this survey is to gauge investor experience and opinion about rental properties.

2.When purchasing a rental house, what is the monthly maximum rent multiple you would consider?
Please consider this a typical rental unit with no other reason to purchase other than as a rental.
A rent multiple is the number of times monthly rent you would invest into the property.  For example, if the monthly rent is $1,000 and you invest $100,000 you have a rent multiple of 100.
