The Conference of Local Mental Hygiene Directors (CLMHD) is looking for assistance from the Local Governmental Units (LGUs) with gathering information regarding Criminal Procedure Law (CPL) §730 evaluations and other justice-involvement regarding individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD).  Your response will help inform a webinar for Directors of Community Services (DCS) which we are developing with the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
