Request 1-800 Now Tobacco Toolkits

The Healthy Community Alliance has created a standard folder-sized toolkit containing program information about tobacco cessation services offered through 1-800 Quit Now. These toolkits are offered free of charge to community organizations and individuals. They contain a script that is useful when sharing the toolkits with individuals that have expressed a desire to quit tobacco, thus no training is required to share the toolkits, only a desire to help others!
