ARPA Local Government Spending in Southeast Michigan

Local governments in Southeast Michigan did an excellent job applying for and accessing federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) COVID relief dollars. As our communities enter a new phase of COVID response and work to determine how best to utilize these funds, we are requesting that you respond to this survey to help us better understand 1) funding intentions and opportunities as well as 2) outstanding questions and needs that may exist amongst local government partners in our region. This information will help SEMCOG better focus its upcoming COVID recovery assistance efforts.
