2026 FAICP Interest Form

APA Ohio will be nominating a limited number of qualified members to be considered for induction to the AICP College of Fellows (FAICP) in 2026. This application form will help the Chapter learn more about you and make decisions on a group of nominees to support. Be sure to read the APA FAICP Nomination Guidelines prior to filling out this form.
