Environmental Citizen Awards - Nomination Form

Are you a local citizen who lives, works or volunteers in the City of Canada Bay area? Have you or someone you know made environmentally responsible choices to tackle an environmental issue which benefits our area?

Have you installed solar panels on your roof, a water tank or grey water system in your yard, or do you grow your own food at home or have an environmentally sensitive design to your home?
 
Do you regularly pick up litter? Have you started a food waste program in your strata block? Have you worked in your community to get neighbours to do something as a collective?
