Course Description

Documents Overview  
This one-hour training session for police officers will identify services offered by the Documents Unit such as handwriting comparison, ink comparison, indentation examination, altered document examination, and how they may be used to assist in criminal investigations.  Participants will learn about the types of samples necessary for comparison, and will practice identifying specific examination requests and selecting appropriate samples to ensure probative results.
