Flinders Civic Hall – Concept Plans

Following a series of engagement activities and analysis, the Shire is seeking final direction of the selection of the following concept plans and sites.

Please advise which concept option you prefer below and answer the related questions.
Option 1: Flinders Civic Hall Redevelopment – Current Site

This concept plan represents a redevelopment of a brand new facility which reflects the needs of the current users and the requirement to add flexible spaces to increase multi use and occupancy.

Option 2: Flinders Community Hub – New Site

This concept plan represents a redevelopment of a brand new facility consistent with the philosophy of bringing more activities on the one location. It allows for the opportunity to upgrade the kindergarten whilst maintaining all the unique elements and characteristics that make this a much loved space.
