is designed to foster mentorship and connection between young entrepreneurs and professionals (ages 19-39) and established business leaders in the
ABL
. The program’s mission is to empower the next generation of business leaders, cultivate relationships, and create positive impacts within Metro Atlanta’s small business community.

Commit to the Six-Month Program Duration

Participate in all scheduled events and provide feedback progress and program effectiveness.
Attend All Monthly Programs

Meet with my mentee group once a month from March through August on the first Tuesday of each month. Sessions will cover topics on leadership, business development, and professional growth.
Prepare for Each Session

Review the month’s discussion topic beforehand and come prepared to share relevant experiences and advice with the mentee group.
Maintain Professional Boundaries and Confidentiality

Treat all information shared by participants with respect and confidentiality, creating a safe and open environment for learning.
Provide Feedback for Continuous Improvement

Submit all surveys after programs and provide insights to ABL on program enhancements.
