Thank you so much for your interest in joining our Patient and Caregiver Advisory Committee!

Currently, our committee is at member capacity. However, membership is updated throughout the year, and we encourage you to still consider completing an application of interest. Applications are reviewed on a continual basis, and we will reach out as openings are available.
 
Please note: Applying for or participating on this committee has absolutely no impact on a patient's eligibility for assistance nor the level of assistance provided by Accessia Health. Additionally, committee meetings will not include discussions on any specific individual's financial assistance with Accessia Health. 
Representatives who are employed by or contracted with or otherwise associated with a pharmaceutical manufacturer that is or could potentially donate to Accessia Health funds are excluded from participation.
