Survey of Maker Programs in Southwest PA

Purpose of Survey

Please fill out the following survey about your makerspace/maker program (any place or program that allows learners to design, create, and build, both with tangible materials and digital tools). This survey is part of a broader effort by Remake Learning to assess the maker resources for youth in Southwestern PA.

Please fill out the basic information on you and your organization. Then fill out the following sections for each youth maker program that you operate (after the survey is filled out for one maker program, you will be asked if there are other maker programs you want to report on)
