LTC Wellbeing Champion Award

This award is for an organisation that demonstrates mental wellbeing excellence, creating a supportive culture for their people and teams.

Whether it’s through open conversations, sharing our LTC support tools, wellbeing initiatives and making mental wellbeing a priority in their workplace.

We want to recognise the efforts the licensed hospitality community makes to look after the mental wellbeing of those in our industry.

At our LTC Awards and Fundraising Dinner on Thursday 1st October 2026, we will celebrate the individuals and organisations that help us to transform the lives of the licensed hospitality people.

How to Enter

Nominating your organisation is easy! Tell us in 500 words how you've championed mental health and wellbeing, whether that's within your team or across your organisation.

We'd also love to see some examples - the more creative, the better!

You can upload anything that helps bring your submission to life, including:

- Internal comms or wellbeing campaigns

- Training sessions or initiatives

- Screenshots from newsletters or social posts

- Videos: for example, a message from your team or a quick walkthrough of what you’ve done
