Lean Construction - Resistance Survey

Introduction

The value of lean has been proven time and time again so why do our teams continue to struggle and face resistance implementing Lean practices on their projects?

To become more effective in our ability to implement Lean solutions in the construction industry, the AGC Lean Forum Steering Committee has created a survey which will better help us understand some of the most common reasons for resistance to Lean practices on our projects.

Please take this short SURVEY to help us find some of the “Whys” so that our National Lean Forum Steering Committee at the AGC of America can help develop tools counter inertia and to counter the misconceptions surrounding Lean applications and win over our biggest detractors!
