WNYLRC NOVEL-Ready Libraries Survey Introduction

The Western New York Library Resources Council (WNYLRC) is required by the Division of Library Development to track NOVEL-Ready Libraries. NOVEL-Ready Libraries are libraries that meet one of three Internet Library Levels: BASIC, ADVANCED, or LEADER. ADVANCED: Internet Connection with data download rate of 5MBPS or higher at public access workstations AND Wireless access available to patrons at no cost within library (wireless may be on a separate network)
