What is a Resident Review?
A Resident Review is when a group of residents look at one service area or topic in detail. PCH provide information about our performance and details on the service. This enables the group to examine where we’re doing things well and what we can do to improve, reporting their findings to the PCH Customer Focus Committee for any action to be taken.
