2027 Distinguished Alumni and Up & Coming Alumni Award Nominations

The Distinguished Alumni and Up & Coming Alumni Awards honor former students who, through their professional or personal activities, have made a significant impact in their chosen field, their community and/or at Glen Oaks. The Distinguished Alumni attended Glen Oaks over 11 years ago. The Up & Coming Alumni attended Glen Oaks 10 years or less ago. Each is an annual award, generally presented in conjunction with graduation at Glen Oaks.

To be eligible for nomination, the alumnus or alumnae must meet the following criteria:
  1. Completed at least 30 credit hours at GOCC or earned a certificate or degree from GOCC, and
  2. Demonstrated achievement in their chosen profession, and/or
  3. Exhibited significant service to their community, and/or
  4. Demonstrated achievement in their personal life

Deadline to submit for 2027 is February 5.
