Holiday Fitness Challenge with Spencer O'Brien

Weather Arthritis Storms Like A Pro for the Chance to Win an Arc'teryx Beta Jacket!

Having arthritis can feel like living with a perpetual storm warning. Unpredictability - caused by arthritis and medication symptoms - can make everyday activities, like exercising, challenging.

This holiday season, professional snowboarder and Arthritis Research Canada Spokesperson, Spencer O'Brien, wants to inspire people living with arthritis to develop a regular fitness routine.

O'Brien was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at age 25 and only a few months before competing in the Sochi Olympics. She wants other people with arthritis to know that exercise is important when living with a chronic disease.

Please complete this form at the end of December and ONLY if you participated in the Holiday Fitness Challenge to be entered into the draw for a men's or women's Beta Jacket generously donated by Arc'teryx.
