APTA NC Webinar Research Symposium Application 2026

The APTA NC Online Education Committee Invites you to submit an abstract for our 4th annual research symposium webinar from 7-8:30 pm EDT on 9/9/2026. Each presenter will have 10 minutes to present and 2 minutes for questions. Abstracts are due 8/17/2026 and presenters will be notified of acceptance 8/28/2026. Please complete the fields below.

4.Please indicate whether the primary presenter is an clinician, faculty member, or student(Required.)

6.Author names and affiliations, Please use a new line for each author and use the following format: last name, first initial, middle initial.(Required.)
7.Are you a resident of North Carolina?
8.Are you member of APTANC? You do not need to be a member to present.
9.Please enter your abstract here. Abstracts should include background and significance, methods, statistical analysis, results, clinical relevance. (limit 325 words.)(Required.)
10.Please provide 5 references within the last 10 years. These should be in AMA format.
11.Provide a speaker biography. Word limit: 150 words.
