Nomination/Application Information
Thank you for your interest in submitting a nomination for the 2024 CSA Service to Seniors award. Only active Certified Senior Advisors are eligible for this award, and CSAs can nominate themselves OR can be nominated by someone else. If you are nominating someone else for the award, note that the CSA will be contacted so we can ensure the accuracy of the information and/or supplement the application with resume details.
Applications are due by June 30, 2024. Note that the application requires a written letter. If you begin an application and need to come back to it later, you should be able to do so from the same computer if you have cookies enabled. Please contact us if you need the link to get back into your application so you can finish it.
Only active Certified Senior Advisors qualify for this award. Ideally, the winner will be available to attend the CSA Conference in Phoenix August 26-28, 2024. The winner of the award will receive a complimentary registration to the conference, covered travel expenses, and a $500 donation to the charity of their choice that is affiliated with helping older adults.
