Ward and Systemic Planning Meetings for FY26 Open Call

For the FY26 open call, we will transition to a collaborative grant submission process for all RFP's. We are accepting a total of 10 collaborative RFPs. This will include one application for each ward, resulting in a total of 8 Ward-Based proposals and two systemic proposals to address Healthy Food Access and the Healthcare Workforce.

To provide support to our partners throughout the RFP process, we are hosting 10 ward and systemic planning meetings. We strongly encourage all partners to attend the meetings that align with your current programs. These meetings offer an opportunity to learn more about the collaborative proposal process and meet potential partners. Please select the sessions you would like to attend, and we will send you the specific Zoom link for each meeting.

It is encouraged to invite staff from your organization who can speak to program functions/operations and grants/development.

Lastly, we will host our annual in-person Grantee Training on November 5th and launch the RFP on November 7th. The grant cycle will close on January 9th, 2026.
