Every three years Pittsylvania County Community Action (PCCA) gathers information from a wide variety of sources to develop a picture of the greatest needs in the communities that we serve and you live in. We want your input in helping to understand these needs. The following survey is your chance to tell us about what's going on in your community. The survey results and other data will be used to improve and develop programs and services to better serve community members like you.
The survey should take about 12-15 minutes to complete and is strictly confidential. All responses will be received by an outside evaluator, summarized without identifying information, and reported back to PCCA. Please be honest, and complete as much information as possible.
