National Day of Service Overview Form

This form will give Serve Idaho and AmeriCorps staff an overview of the project you are planning or participating in for a National Day of Service. These National Days of Service include, but are not limited to Martin Luther King Jr. Day, AmeriCorps Week, Mayor County and Tribal Day of Recognition, Idaho@Play, and 9/11 Day of Remembrance.
