Indigenous Health, Climate and Infection Risks Survey

Thank you for your interest in our survey. This survey is for Indigenous community members and asks about your experiences and perspectives related to:
  • Climate change and health
  • Tick‑, mosquito‑ and water-borne infections
  • Access to safe drinking water
  • Experiences accessing pharmacy services
  • Traditional land‑based activities

The Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA), working in partnership with Indigenous Pharmacy Professionals of Canada (IPPC), is developing culturally relevant health education and pharmacy resources to support Indigenous communities impacted by climate-sensitive infectious diseases. This work is funded by Public Health Agency of Canada, and your perspectives will help shape these resources for communities across Canada.

Your participation is voluntary and you may skip any question or stop the survey at any time. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
