Runzel Reserve Improvement Survey Question Title * 1. Runzel REserve is the open space located between the Senior Center building and the Victory Centre apartments. The reserve was dedicated to longtime Hanover Township Trustee, Mary Ellen Runzel in 2013. Our beautiful reserve is designed to provide stealth exercise, meaning a patron can exercise their muscles as well as walking without being aware of it.
