The Board of Trustees of Rumsey Hall School has launched a search for a new Head of School for July 1, 2021. The School has engaged Resource Group 175 (RG175), a consulting firm that specializes in US and international school leadership searches. RG175 will be represented by Tony Featherston and John Farber in this process.

The School and our consultants are interested in your thoughts about the strengths of Rumsey Hall, as well as the opportunities for growth and change. Additionally, we are interested to know the professional and personal qualities you feel are important for the next Head of School. Your timely and thoughtful responses to this survey will inform the search and provide valuable direction for recruiting Rumsey's next leader.
