Future Problem Solving Roster Submission

The following CmPS (Community Problem Solving) Team will be participating in the 2020 Indiana Future Problem Solving Program.  

Each participating school must enter the names of their students and coaches, and electronically submit this form by midnight January 22, 2020. Names will appear exactly the way you type them, including capitalization.

Each school may only certify up to 15 students per roster. A team may compete with as few members as you choose. 

After you have completed the applicable information for each student, you must click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. You may then enter the names of your team coaches. After entering your team coach names, click on the DONE button. You will NOT receive additional confirmation that your form has been received. You will have the opportunity to review/edit the information submitted after entering coaches names, or by using the “Previous” buttons. After submitting the form, it is possible to return to the form to either edit your submission, or submit a roster from scratch, depending on your personal computer settings.
