Ambassador Application

Being an Ambassador with Rosaleen Activewear is something that we take very seriously, and we want to make sure that you not only want to be an ambassador but that you also are a good fit to represent us. We want this to be a give and take relationship during the entire ambassadorship. Our desire to run a business is not just to be successful business owners, but also to make an impact on those who choose to engage with us. Whether this is through a social media post, a purchase from the website, or because they meet one of us at an event. Because you will be potentially representing Rosaleen, this responsibility will now fall on you as you interact with others virtually or in person.

A Rosaleen Activewear Ambassadors will be expected to encourage and empower their teammates, family members, and the Rosaleen Activewear community. It is not expected that an Ambassador is involved in an organized sport and we will accept applications from youth and adults. The keyword we want you to remember is the community. Our desire is to build a community where we can learn from each other. Nobody is expected to be perfect, but you must be teachable and willing to engage in tough conversations when conflicts arise. We all have something we can learn from each other and you will be required to encourage others, but sometimes that comes with a change in the way we think about others so that we can break down the barriers that cause conflict because of misunderstanding and miscommunication. We know this sounds like a lot, but don’t worry… we are here to support each other!

With all this in mind, please be prepared for monthly Ambassador zoom meetings and discussions about how we can build each other up. This program is NOT just about posting pictures on social media and getting free products. You must be serious about our mission and how you can support what we are doing. It’s about the people, not about the product.

If you are not ready for this type of commitment, it’s okay. We will have opportunities to bring on additional ambassadors as time goes on AND we have some things in the works to get everyone involved in our community as well. If you are not chosen at this time, please do not take it personally because it does not mean that anything is wrong with you. Our inbox, email, and hearts are always open for questions, comments, and chats. Keep your eyes and ears out for other opportunities to get involved.
