Pitkin County and LiftUp are exploring the concept of two regional food facilities to be located in or around Carbondale, CO or within the Emma site near Basalt, CO.  This survey is part of a feasibility study to explore the vision and opportunity for a food facility that serves farmers, small businesses and meets food access needs in the region. The facility(s) may include the following:
  • food warehouse and storage space
  • commercial kitchen
  • office spaces
  • flexible event or gathering space
  • public market or food hall
    …and perhaps more!
The goal of this survey is to gather input from key stakeholders like you in order to best meet the needs of our community.

We want to hear from YOU! This survey is for farmers within the three county area of Pitkin, Eagle and Garfield counties who may be interested in either warehouse/storage space, selling or vending at a new market space and/or using a kitchen to add value to your products.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will be open until November 22, 2022.

Thank you in advance for your time and participation. Please forward the survey link to others who may be interested. If you have any questions, please contact: Sam Landerscasper, Pitkin County Dept. of Human Services samuel.landercasper@pitkincounty.com
