The City of New Braunfels River Activities Committee is seeking feedback on the implementation of numerous improvements made during the 2016 river recreation season.
The following enhancements were implemented based on previous public input and recommendations from the Committee to City Council:
Increased visibility of police boats
Officers spaced out along the banks of the Comal River
Tube size compliance increased due to new signage
Full time River Manager position instituted
Bus traffic in neighborhoods/transportation and circulation improvements
Non-resident user fee charged on weekends and holidays during high season to help close the revenue gap
And increased power washing of algae on steps.
Please take a few minutes to provide your comments to help assess what is working and what still needs additional modification.  Thank you!
