Terms and conditions: The winner must complete the two steps above within the timescale of the monthly competition. The winner will be contacted via email to find out the name and postal address (no PO box addresses) to send the winning RiutBag. If there is no response within 7 days another winner will be chosen. I'm so sorry to say, we are not able to send RiutBags to Russia currently. You have the option to choose how you receive your prize: 1) You can receive the RiutBag in the competition. 2) If you own the specific RiutBag design which is the subject of the competition, and you can provide the order number / backer number / receipt / proof of payment via Kickstarter or Riut's website, and you can choose a refund of the price paid for that RiutBag only, not including postage or the price of other products bought. 3) You can nominate another person to receive the prize via post instead of you. If the address provided is not valid, and postal services are not able to deliver the parcel for this reason, we will not send a second or further products in the post. This competition is held monthly. It ends on the last day of the relevant month. E.g. For the RiutBag Crush competition in February 2020, the entries will no longer be accepted after 23:59 on 29 February 2020, UK time. A winner will be chosen. The winner has 7 days to reply from the day they are contacted with a full name, valid address and email address for tracking so the prize can be sent.
