Landmark Planning & Design Inc., on behalf of Qualico Communities, is leading the engagement process for a potential next phase of development in Ridgewood South.

Qualico is preparing to submit an application to the City of Winnipeg to accommodate a future neighbourhood in the area south of Rannock Avenue between Charleswood Road and Community Row that would include new homes, roads, and park space.
