By checking this box and submitting your design, you agree that if your artwork is selected as the winning T-shirt design, you will complete a written agreement assigning all rights, including copyright, to Huntsville Hospital Foundation, Inc. (“the Foundation”). This allows the Foundation to use your design for meaningful purposes such as event promotion, fundraising, and branding of the 5K. In return, the Foundation will grant you a license to use the artwork in your personal portfolio to showcase your work. You also confirm that the submitted design is your original creation and that you are the sole author.
