This survey is intended to obtain information about community needs and interests related to cable TV. The information gathered will help to determine if existing local cable TV services and resources in Revere are adequate and appropriate, and identify changes that might be made to meet the current and future cable-related needs and interests of Revere residents.
It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. Your responses will be combined with others, and the summary data will provide a basis for Revere's upcoming negotiations for new cable TV contracts with Comcast and RCN.
If you fill out this survey (and include your name and contact information at the end of the survey), you will be entered in drawings to win one of four $50 Visa gift cards. Winners will be notified by email or telephone. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the drawings.
