Event Information
Salem Restaurant Week returns in 2026 for 2 weeks – Sunday, January 18 thru Thursday January 22 and again from Sunday, Jan 25 thru Thursday, January 29! To kickoff our own Salem400+ events, the Salem Chamber is bringing back Restaurant Week and we are looking for participating area restaurants who will offer either/both of: a two-course, prix-fixe dinner for $35 and/or three-course, prix-fixe dinner for $45. (Note that these prices do not include drinks, taxes, or gratuities.)
Cost for Participants:
Chamber Member restaurants: $300
Non-Member restaurants: $400
Please let us know by Friday, December 12th if you wish to participate in Salem Restaurant Week and whether you will offer a two-course, prix-fixe menu and/or a three-course, prix-fixe menu. This information is important so we can put together a quality website listing and social media campaign to advertise restaurant week.
We will promote restaurant week in the following ways:
- Distribute 1,000 postcards with the restaurant week logo and information on the front and participating restaurants and contact information on the back.
- Distribute event posters to all restaurants, community info boards and other locations across Salem.
- Aggressively market restaurant week through social media.
- Send out press releases to regional media outlets and work with Destination Salem on a broader media plan.
- Hang the restaurant week banner on Washington/Essex Street for visibility in downtown Salem.
Participating restaurants are responsible for the following:
- Confirm your participation by Friday, December 12 by completing this online application.
- Send us your restaurant week menu’s as soon as they are final so that we start marketing them.
- Promote restaurant week in your eNewsletters, Facebook pages, Twitter, etc. (This is important to help inform your regulars and fans of your establishment about restaurant week!)
You are encouraged to:
- Offer a special drink menu of alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages (no pricing requirements)
- Use this as an opportunity to test new/seasonal menu items
- Share all of the unique elements your restaurant is planning so we can spread the word!
