The Ohio Coastal Training Program, Sustainable Cleveland, Northern Ohio Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District, along with additional regional partners, are interested in connecting with restaurant and bar owners in the Lake Erie region in an effort to meet their needs and provide cost savings, with the potential to enhance marketing and sustainability.
