As the world reacts to the COVID-19 pandemic and collateral "intersectionality" issues, proactive organizations are considering the longer-term effects on their people, their workplaces, strategies and cultures.

Many organizations have responded to this unprecedented time with commitments to their employees, customers/clients, shareholders and other "stakeholders," in order to come back with more resilience. They are "reimagining" what will determine their "New Normal" going forward.
