Extreme Weather Survey

The following questions are intended to help understand the needs and concerns of Hartford seniors in relation to extreme weather including storms (rain, snow, and ice), floods, heat waves, extreme cold, and air pollution.  There are 54 questions in the survey and it should take you approximately 8 minutes to complete.  Participation is voluntary and you may skip any questions you do not want to answer.  Your responses are very important as they will be used in an effort to help make Hartford’s seniors safer.  Your identity will remain confidential.  This survey is part of a larger project being facilitated by the Community Resilience Organization of Hartford, the Bugbee Senior Center, and Antioch University New England.
